Out and about, Billy has excellent manners; he walks beautifully on the lead and is a wonderful traveller in the car. As he makes the exciting transition into his new life, he will just need a little patience and guidance as he learns the ropes and routines of living in a home environment.

I looked after Billy for a couple of hours on Saturday. He is a gentle dog who was curious about his new surroundings. He was easy to walk, and enjoyed being stroked by adults and children. He loves a good lean.

Absolutely wonderful six hours with Billy today. Great to walk this morning at the kennels.

In and out of the van on his own to the carnival at Birchwood. Travels with no issues and had to wake him up once we arrived.

Loved all the fuss he got and had no issues whatsoever with any other breeds or dog sizes. Absolutely awesome hound and the person who has reserved him is very lucky. I think he is a star.

Great day and good to see the volunteers too. He even got two awards. Made my Sunday. He’s awesome. ⭐️
