What our Volunteers say:. Louise

We took both Ralph and George with us today to Pennington Flash. They are very similar, not just in looks but in their personality, too. They travelled well in the car; Ralf just needed a little help getting in.

They had a great walk, meeting and greeting everyone with waggy tails. They are so friendly! 🥰 No reaction to dogs. Both walked well, but they are strong on the leads when they want to get to something. They are a lovely pair of boys, and it would be lovely if they got a home together. ❤️ ♥️

George was as amazing as ever—such a gentle giant. He wasn't sure about getting into my car, so I lifted him in, front feet first, then his back legs. He was so good in the car with Archie and Buick; all three were completely chilled and happy to be in the car together without any problems.

He was as good as gold, as usual, on the walk—no reactiveness whatsoever going past all breeds, big and small. He simply loved every adult and child he came across, and all adults loved him too, very much, especially the children. One child said he is just like a big teddy bear and so cuddly.

Driving back to the kennels, once again, I just wouldn't have known I had three Greyhounds in my car. All boys were extremely shattered but happy and all three stretched out very comfy. George was snoozing with his head resting on Archie's back, and of course, Archie was more than happy to be a pillow.

I can definitely fit three Greyhounds in a Mokka, no problem! Made up, lol.
