What our Volunteers say:.Emily

Molly was a pleasure to walk on the Sefton Park Valentine’s Day walk. She did need lifting into the car (though it is a high SUV), and she settled down on the back seat for most of the journey.

She was very eager to start the walk and, once we did, she walked well. She sniffed at some smaller dogs but didn’t react in any way. She was also polite when other people (including children) approached her.

She was quite keen on the ducks on the pond and showed a little bit of reactivity—pulling towards them—but not excessively. She enjoyed sniffing and did pull a little if she wanted to go in a certain direction; she seemed as though she had enough energy to go all over again!

She did, however, have a nice snooze on the way home. Overall, Molly is a lovely girl and would suit a family looking for a young, playful dog with plenty of energy. She really is a Labrador in a greyhound’s body!
